AVAILABILITY & BOOKINGS
Booking Information All bookings require a 30% deposit with the balance paid no later than 8 weeks before the start of the holiday. If booking less than 8 weeks before the holiday, full payment will be required at the time of booking.
Bookings are provisional only until such time as confirmed by the booking confirmation form emailed to the Hirer by the Owner. For terms & conditions information this will be provided on booking form. Payment to be made by BACS.
Booking amendment If you change your mind about the date, provided the different dates are still available and the new dates are within 6mths (before or after), you may change your booking.
Covid-19 pandemic During the 2020 corona-virus emergency, we have changed our Amendable bookings policy to allow bookings to be postponed for up to 12 months (normally 6 mths) and with a shorter notice period of just 1 week - see T&Cs.
Changeover Day Changeover day is on a Saturday in PEAK season but it may be flexible at other times of the year. Changeover day for Christmas and New Year weeks in 2020 will be on a Saturday.
Check-In/Out times Our Check-in time is 5pm and Check out time is 9am to allow more time for cleaning & sanitising.
